"Aaron sent me a very professional brochure sharing all the prices and packages he offered with breakdowns of the cost and what was involved. We had a phone call and he was really helpful with explaining the process and said he would pencil me in for a few months time (with the hope the sale would go through). It did and I am so glad we put this date in the diary in advance because he gets booked up. It was the first building work I did at the house and one of the best investments in the house.

He came to meet me in person and see the job beforehand. It took him 2 weeks from start to finish to complete the work, he was very communicative and efficient. The scaffolders he used were also incredibly polite and respectful and they let me keep the scaffolding up for a few extra weeks so I had time to have all my windows painted. They were really flexible with timing and had it removed as soon as I was ready.

Aaron did a fantastic job and I was amazed at what a transformation he created. He was meticulous and every brick was sanded back individually by hand and same for the pointing work. He cleaned up after himself (it is very dusty work sanding back all the brickwork). I am quite particular with an eye for detail and he allowed me to point out bits I was concerned about and ask many questions throughout.

He was a pleasure to have around and I was sad to see him go when the work was complete. He did a fantastic job and he was fairly priced and unlike many trades out there who try and charge a fortune and do minimal work, Aaron was worth every penny and clearly is a master of his craft and cares about the work he does. I wish him all the best for his business and feel lucky I found him. I have had many trades work in my house and Aaron is one of the few I would highly recommend!"
